Giga33 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guide for Malaysia

1Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the giga33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age. giga33 takes the protection of minors seriously — age verification is conducted for every new account, and giga33 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time.
• Malaysia Residents: The giga33 platform is intended exclusively for users located in Malaysia. Using a VPN or any other method to conceal your actual location is a violation of these terms.
• One account only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one giga33 account. Multi-accounting is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts along with confiscation of any remaining balances.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — full name, Malaysian phone number, email address, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful. giga33 reserves the right to close any account found to be using false information.
• No restrictions: You confirm that you are not currently under a self-exclusion order from any betting platform, and that no legal restriction prevents you from using giga33's services.

Giga33 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. All registration decisions made by giga33 are final.

2Deposits & Payment Methods

Giga33 accepts deposits through the following local Malaysian payment methods only. Overseas payment methods are not accepted, and giga33 is not responsible for any losses arising from payment attempts made through unsupported methods.

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — processed instantly, minimum RM10
• GrabPay — processed instantly, minimum RM10
• Boost — processed instantly, minimum RM10
• ShopeePay — processed instantly, minimum RM10
• DuitNow — processed within 5 minutes, minimum RM10
• FPX Internet Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks) — processed within 10 minutes, minimum RM20

The minimum deposit is RM10 for eWallet methods and RM20 for FPX. No daily maximum is set for standard deposits, though VIP accounts may enjoy higher limits depending on membership tier.

The official currency of giga33 is the Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). All values displayed on the platform are in RM. giga33 does not accept or process any foreign currency.

3Withdrawal of Winnings

Giga33 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and transparently. The following withdrawal conditions and procedures must be followed by all members:

• Identity verification: First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding RM2,000 may require identity verification (KYC), including a copy of your MyKad and proof of payment method. This is a standard security measure to protect your account.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for all methods. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed.
• Processing time: Withdrawals to eWallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are processed within 1–2 hours. Withdrawals via DuitNow or FPX to a bank account may take up to 4 hours, depending on the bank's processing time.
• Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for your deposit, or another method that has been registered and verified under your name in the giga33 system.
• Rollover requirement: Before making a withdrawal, any bonus received must meet the stipulated rollover requirements. Winnings derived from deposits made without a bonus are not subject to rollover conditions.

Giga33 does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, payment providers (banks or eWallets) may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond giga33's control.

4Bonuses & Promotions

Giga33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time to provide added value to our members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• One bonus per user: Each bonus type may only be claimed once per user, household, or IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus using multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• Rollover requirement: All bonuses received must meet the rollover requirement before winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover rate is as stated in the relevant bonus terms. Generally, bonus rollover ranges from 10× to 30× depending on the type of promotion.
• Processing time: Every bonus has a validity period. Any unused bonus or incomplete rollover within the specified period will expire automatically with no compensation.
• Betting limit while bonus is active: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per slots spin or game hand is RM20, unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Excluded games: Certain games may not count toward completing a bonus rollover. A list of excluded games will be specified in the terms of each individual promotion.

Giga33 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. giga33's decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final.

5Game Rules

All giga33 members are required to abide by fair and responsible gaming rules. Violation of any of the following rules may result in disciplinary action up to and including account closure:

• Collusion prohibition: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited, particularly in poker. This includes sharing hand information, coordinating bets, or exchanging signals in any form.
• Prohibition on assisted software: The use of any automated bots, decision-assist software, or third-party tools that confer an unfair advantage over other players is strictly prohibited on the giga33 platform.
• Bug exploitation prohibition: If you discover a bug or technical error that provides an unfair advantage, you are required to report it to giga33 support immediately and must not exploit it. Any winnings resulting from deliberate exploitation of a bug will be voided.
• Poker table rules: Poker players at giga33 must observe standard table etiquette — this includes not revealing cards during an active hand, avoiding deliberate stalling, and refraining from offensive language in the table chat.
• Game results are final: All game results are final once a round is completed. Requests to cancel or alter a valid game result will not be entertained unless there is verifiable evidence of a system technical failure, as confirmed by the giga33 team.

In the event of a verified technical failure during an active game, giga33 will make a determination based on available system records. giga33's decision in such matters is final and binding.

6Responsible Gaming

Giga33 takes our social responsibility seriously. We support responsible gambling and provide the following tools to help members maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit limit: Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon being set; however, reductions require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, to protect against impulsive decisions.
• Loss limit: Members can set a daily or weekly loss limit. Once the limit is reached, the account will be temporarily restricted from placing new bets until the limit period expires.
• Account break: Members may request an account break of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a break, the account cannot be used to place bets or make deposits, though withdrawal of any existing balance remains permitted.
• Self-exclusion: Members who feel they may have a gambling problem can apply for long-term self-exclusion (6 months, 1 year, or permanent) via giga33 support live chat. All applications will be processed within 24 hours.
• Professional assistance: Members who need support with gambling addiction can contact the Malaysia Problem Gambling Helpline for free at 1800-88-8880.

All giga33 services are intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. Age verification is conducted for every new account, and giga33 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time. Any account found to be held by an underage individual will be closed immediately, and all balances will be returned in accordance with established procedures.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Giga33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age
• False or inaccurate registration information
• Multiple account registration or bonus abuse
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of bots, or exploitation of bugs
• Actions that compromise the security or integrity of the platform
• Requests from Malaysian legal authorities

When an account is closed due to a breach, giga33 reserves the right to hold the balance pending investigation. If the investigation finds no breach, the balance will be returned within 5 working days. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be fully or partially forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their own account may contact giga33 support via live chat or email. All valid balances will be withdrawn in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure before the account is closed.

8Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Giga33 provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to maintain 24/7 platform availability, giga33 cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions, system failures, or third-party interference.

• Technical disruption: giga33 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disruptions, user device failures, or connectivity issues beyond the platform's control.
• Game results: All valid and completed game results are final. giga33 is not responsible for game outcomes that a member finds unsatisfactory where those outcomes result from the normal statistical variance of the game.
• Changes to terms: giga33 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian court jurisdiction.

Giga33's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable Malaysian law.
